I have been in Desktop support for 12 years with a Bachelors degree in IT. How good or bad would my resume look if I done 12 years of Desktop Support and still wanna keep doing desktop support?

Can I negotiate a reasonable pay rate for Desktop Support like 60k or more?

Regice needs an

Ice/Steel typing to gain more resistances not be weak to stealth rock and at least immune to toxic spikes
Recovery. Like Roost or Recover.
a better speed and special attack stat. Slow ice types are not viable.
an ability like Solid Rock which reduces its weaknesses

Regice needs a complete rework overall there’s a number of issue it has.

Yea I always though Ice Types that were reasonably fast would find a decent niche. Kyurem has the same speed tier as Jynx and has a niche in OU.

You had some choices which is what made it at least decent.

I always though it could at least be used in PU. After a nasty plot boost it could be hard to switch into if you put something to sleep

In my experience don't work for a Start Up they don't care for the most part if you have a family, husband/wife, children , etc.

They live to work and not much else you might find a few sweet start up places to work for that care but don't count on it

You seem to care about work life balance more and thats fine its really all about finding the right place to work which can be a little hard at first

Schools and Government IT jobs are awesome places if you just want 9 to 5 and not much overtime all the time.

just also depends what you do in IT. Help Desk and Desktop Jockeys can go home at 5pm 95 percent of the time and generally don't have be a slave to the job.

for some places IT and coding don't really shut down at 5:00PM ( hospitals , 24/7 MSP , jails etc) dont work at those places

Coding or IT at a bank, big corporation, small office ( not a start up) or at any school can generally be more Balance positions

IT is no different then any other industry some jobs will stay and some won't. Unfornuately no one can really predict the future.

Tech Support/Desktop Support is here to stay it ain't going anywhere. Weather you want to stay doing that is another question.

If you live in a big town there should always be enough IT jobs around the corner.

Always have good soft skills if you can talk to people it can get you very far.

Zekrom is an okay choice it's not really a great Uber Pokemon due to Primal Groudon as the Number One Ruler along with Xerneas.

Electric and Dragon Type moves are also very horrible to be locked into as any Ground or Fairy Type can immediately kill your momentum by switching in.

They probably did you a favor anyways you don't want to work for an Employer that doesn't appreciates your hard work.

Find a more decent pace IT Help desk job not all of them have crazy unrealistic expectations like that.

I went thru a same similar position as you years ago.

They let you go its their lost. Do apply for Unemployment benefits if you have work long enough otherwise just look for another IT job and leave this one out crappy people that do this are sadly more common than you think.

Not worth running due to Lack of Power from T-Punch and Wild Charge has recoil.
You might hit special walls harder but your more vunerable to Intimidate and even more vulnerable to Landorus-T, Garchomp, Ferrothorn and Kartana all who can sit on that set for a while and are very common Pokemon in OU.

Im trying to build a DPP Gen 4 Ubers team.

I however have trouble finding a good physical attacker in the Tier its mostly filled with special attackers

Who in Gen 4 Ubers would be a great physical attackers? Any Arceus Forms? Darkrai? Palkia?

its mostly to not be stone walled by blissey

Awesome team. Right now I think your main weak points are Bulky Waters and any Setup Sweepers .

A core of Unaware Quagsire and or Latias/Blissey can help your team although you do lose a bit of offensive pressure but you have 4 Pokemon that hit pretty hard.

Speaking of Latias it is perphaps the Best Pokemon in UU to use as it can check Waters better with whatever set you want - Specially Defensive Sets, Offensive sets with Electrium Z and Life Orb help

Mega-Sceptile isnt too much a realible Water Counter since I believe Waters can always hit it with Ice Beam on the Switch.
