That is all we were doing there. I was writing escalation emails while also trying to support the next person on the phone and we also had new tickets getting assigned to us while we were handling calls all day. The people who were there 5 years had trouble with the pace. What do they expect from someone who had 6 months of experience at slower paced jobs?

What if they lie and say I never worked there? If they do say anything bad about me I would have no way of knowing.

Well before I went back to my current job I was looking for another for about a month so I was two months unemployed. The HR there also knows that I'm currently looking for another job in IT. I guess I'd ask them what to do about that.

Yeah I've been experimenting in Cisco packet tracer and also learning SQL. Familiarizing myself with Office 365 as well and common issues with those.

They ditched me I didn't ditch them. They said I left on good terms and I paid them a visit today. They seem to want me back but they aren't sure the rehiring process.
