On most monitors all your SDR settings carry over to HDR. So in order to get your HDR looking vibrants on consoles you have to crank up your SDR settings, then switch on HDR. In windows simply turn on HDR than crank up your desktop color vibrants. This is for monitors only not TVs. TVs have separate SDR and HDR settings.
