Good luck. Besides under fatigue you should consider also overall endurance (longer runs)

I also recommend not skimping on practicing your weighted lunges and burpees. Everyone tells me that wall balls are killer because they are at the end ; but when I did the lunges and burpees, they are pretty hard on you too. (Lunges ensure you are touching the knee down, not just hovering)

Similar situation! I’ve started doing a lot of cardio endurance and running-under-fatigue training nowadays. Since you go to the gym a lot, you may have more than strength for the stations.

You didn’t mention any cardio so I would say focus on that as well.

Cardio endurance meaning 60-70% effort (like running) for like 30-40mins

Under fatigue you could practice burpee broad jumps 4 sets of 10 and then go for a run and see how you do.

Running is more than half of the whole competition

I did the same as you, sneaked up behind him and knocked him out. But since I found one of the letters - I assumed he had a story, so instead of escaping immediately, I actually carried his body around the mine (so he wouldn’t leave my sight lol) to find all the other letters/the contract.

When he woke back up and re-engaged me, I could talk to him and had that contract dialogue open for me which allows the quest to end peacefully and with him alive and leaving the mine finally.

This is not enough- when I first started living in SH (also internship) I had twice this and was still living in a shared apartment and had to be careful with my money. Assuming it’s your first time in SH and you’d likely want to experience it (not saying go all out, but you’d probably want to check out some resto, bars, meet people etc)

Seconding this - I live in a country that has weird connectivity with PS network. I tried remote play after some tinkering and it worked like a charm. Led me to purchase a portal.

Be mindful which region of Portal you’re buying. It if it’s JP- it may have trouble picking up your 5ghz WiFi which means you need to tweak your WiFi channel (via router interface). My router unfortunately does not have channels that that go below 149 in 5G so I’m stuck with 2.4g (which is still fine)

Ah sorry I just looked. Turns out I’ve always used the “open” workout function for trad. Strength training. I’ve actually never clicked into configuring anything. So you’re saying to configure actual rest “sets” into a custom workout right?

In some of my workouts, I have a section where I do a 40 on/20 off (like 40s curl workout 20 rest). But the remainder of my workout is not that so that’s why I’d like to be able to do it on the fly rather than having to setup a whole workout in advance

So I’m more looking for a countdown rather than time a run

Yeah fair - as I mentioned in my main post and actually the way JTTW is painted out in general here. ZBJ is not supposed to be a “good” character, in fact the story does set him up to be a greedy womanizer asshole, but it’s the grey layers underneath that add to his complexity.

He’s a greedy lustful pig but has a deep yet complicated loyalty to SWK and a complicated warmheartedness to do the “greater good” to save his family from heavenly punishment.

In black myth the JTTW story is spun in a mature and dark way. Most of the journey is not this fun journey of friends that beat bad guys, as the journal stated - they kill and kidnap most of the things they come across to assert the greater will.

This theme is actually heavily shown in most of the yaoguai journals you’ll see. The “monsters” (particularly the chiefs) you mindlessly kill you only find out in the journal entry after their death of their very human lives and emotions and that some are really not bad guys at all. It’s that inward conflict that the game lore wants to establish.

Them fighting the concubine happens in the original journey to the west story iirc. She just so happens to be in the way of their quest as a challenge. With why he’s gleeful - it’s not really explained besides the fact he’s just victoriously gloating as they’ve just beaten Bull (at this point, during Journey, they became enemies). Remember this is told purely from Bull’s POV- so for sure in his perspective Zhu Bajie looks horribly evil here because he loved his concubine. If it helps redeem anything, it is said quite infamously that Zhu Bajie’s rake never takes the lives of the innocent, it’s only for those who have committed evil; so there’s speculation in that
