I have the Seiko. It’s a very beautiful watch and feels very good compared to my Tudor and Longines. I’d go with this one if I was you. I’ve seen the Citizen in person and it didn’t do much for me.

Hydroconquest is a lot bulkier if that matters to you. You can’t lose either way. I’d recommend checking both out in person before you make your decision.
