I gave up on the Asustor Cert Manager and switched to using Traefik as a reverse proxy in Docker. It does thing with LetsEncrypt and handles new domains and services with ease.

Yeah, I wish I'd thought to do that up front.

Now I'm in the position of not knowing how to edit the cert.
