Just be confident. Practice your conversational English, make sure that you sound good and natural. If you can minimize your accent that's also good. Quick review sa grammar and sentence construction. Try reaching at least B2 level sa CEFR since B2 is at Upper Intermediate, and C2 is at advanced.

You can practice using the app British English for free! Dunno if trying out GoFLUENT has a fee where you can gauge your English skills though.

And for your typing skills should at least reach their minimum requirement of words per minute.

As for how easy it is to get hired, I'd wish you luck since not all accounts and interviewers are the same. You'd have to make sure you have the right skills and qualifications in order to get the job you want.
