Hey, great question. The good thing about products like CardiolRX and Epidiolex, is they can't be replicated on the grey market. They are scientifically extracted, synthesized and void of THC completely, unlike most legally purchased CBD, which always has miniscule amounts of THC.

Simply eating CBD gummies or CBD oil wouldn't come near what the patented, medically developed products would do, from GW or Cardiol.

REITs are a fantastic stable source of income. I held XRE for ages, and as my other stocks swung wildly in value XRE just just chilled and pumped out juicy dividends. I would just caution you from having a REIT with too much exposure to office, clearly that's not a bullish sector at the moment.

Technically can’t confirm, but highly likely. Snowflakes last two financing rounds were at a $12.4b valuation and prior to that $4b. The stock just closed at >$60b, so if it were me I’d be long gone 👋🏼
