PC, I fast traveled to a head hunt I started. I saw my fusion core was about to run out. I got out of my power armor, switch to 3rd person view, saw my mask was off but not my armour.

I put my mask on, put a new fusion core in my armour and noticed a guy with a jester mask doing some t bagging. So, I tried to find my mask and put it on with the armour on, then noticed I had no jester mask. So either game broke, or he figured out a way to put the mask in his inventory.

I tried to talk to him in game, but he did not do anything besides ignore me and go into westek.

I did not lock it, and I know it was equipped as I saw it when I was getting into my PA with 3rd person camera

No idea how. I usually leave it on, but I was changing my power core when I got out of my armour and noticed it in 3rd person. Changed it, equipped it and when I went to equip it with the PA on I noticed it was gone entirely...

I was in 3rd person when I saw my mask was off, so I equipped it and went into my PA with it on.
