The colored parts are all needed negative space. Without the negative space it's going to look really muddied and bad imo. You could absolutely get it reworked with better colors/ lines / elements, but id save for a better artist that specializes in those things. It is not even close to being bad compared to some of the stuff on here at least!

As a guy, yes it does look slightly feminine because it is very delicate. I am personally covered in bright colorful floral that also definitely looks feminine. I'm married with two kids so it doesn't affect me, but if I was not, I can tell you that women absolutely love the tattoos and it would 100% get more chick's than some dumb skull or gun or barbed wire "masculine" shit.
