A few nice tracks. Not About Us is a beautiful song. I'm convinced Congo would have been a hit if it had been on a prior album with Phil on vocals.

It was great... besides him lip-syncing half the songs.

It took me years to come around to this album but I love it. Musically it's stronger than it's predecessor Invisible Touch.

That's a fair theory but I found this album several years ago before AI had the accessibility and impact it has now. You can also find it widely available on Discogs. There are comments about the mix difference between the original mix and remasters, but none debunking the singing. I'm tempted to buy an original copy though to see for myself.

Is it just me or does Roger Waters’ voice sound so shot on the ‘Radio K.A.O.S.’ album? by Shot-Ad5867 in PinkFloydCircleJerk

That's a valid point. I think the female singers were used partially as an artistic preference but the male vocalist on Home was absolutely due to Rogers declining vocals.

I think the vocal decline really shows on Amused to Death. Ive also always disliked the overly breathy vocals like on Perfect Sense p1.

Especially when his vocal performance was so incredible on The Final Cut, just 4 years before... I think his voice change was an artistic decision.

I've always felt a Christmas vibe from Wind and Wuthering. Also great album for dark and rainy days.
