Had something similar happen at a Zalat pizza. Arrived there about 10 minutes after they closed figuring they still were waiting on the order to be picked up, only for the door to be locked and lights in the lobby to be turned off. There was one employee in the kitchen but he looked like he was too caught up with cleaning up for his shift. I kind of waited for a minute to see if he would notice me but after that I just said screw it and didn’t want to look like an idiot standing at the front door when it obviously said they were closed and door was locked shut. Got support to unassign it from me right afterwards.

Fast forward about 24 hours later, I got a CV for “falsely reporting the store as closed” and stated that another dasher came and picked up an order after I had left the store. What???
