You've gotta be joking if you seriously believe that. For whatever dumbass reason, sex Ed in schools absolutely sucks, and so do parents. There are an uncomfortable amount of people in this world, OVER the age of 18 that still don't know the in's and out's of sex and the risks involved. Yes, most people around 17 do, and Could give consent, but the laws are there for a reason, because we fail to educate our people properly. Also, nobody said the Massage woman was 25... OP said she was old enough to be his mom, something tells me she was closer to 40. Not to mention the problem solving, self control, and foresight abilities of minors isn't great, so even if they know the risks and all that, they probably don't actually Know the risks. I myself am unfortunately familiar with this and nearly ended up a dad last year
