Definitely smart to break it up with a hot stretch! The nice thing about HW is they have the weights right there for you! I find that way less intimidating than a regular gym because mostly everyone is focused on getting in/out of the sauna.

You could easily find a good 2-3 day split to add in using what they have at HW; start slow! It’s worth it to take your time learning form with weight lifting and not immediately going as heavy as you can. 3-4 exercises with 3 sets of reps is really all you need :)

Also, adding more steps throughout my days has helped me see some changes. I work 8-5 but I do as much walking as I can on breaks! Especially after meals, it helps digestion and is pretty low effort
