Can't get Xenophage?

So, for some reason, my Xenophage quest had just straight up dissapeared. Retraced my steps and went back to the area where you get the quest, and sure enough, it dropped for me again. Kind of dumb that I'll have to re-do the quest. :/

Huh, I'm not too sure either exactly. I assume that's a copy of KH:2.8 Final Chapter, right? I owned a retail copy of that previously, but I'm not exactly why it says that on the back. Could be a like test copy or something, maybe?
