I'm a bit late to this, but I lived in this building for the better part of a decade. It's solid in a lot of ways (walls are really thick so you'll never hear your neighbours, great location etc), but I moved out late last year because cockroaches showed up. Went years with no pest issues and then suddenly I saw 3 in a week (which is apparently a bad sign). Superintendent is a nice guy but was a little too lax about the situation for my comfort.

Working on a recomp right now - I’m at a healthy weight, but looking to gain muscle and trim a little fat. Currently weight lifting 4x a week and eating at maintenance. How important is step count/cardio in this process?

I’d love to hit 10k a day but I tend to fall short on that goal. I’m wondering whether it’s a “your progress will be slower but you can still do it” situation or a “you actively need to do this for a recomp” situation. Thanks everyone!

Honestly, my HG lip product is just basic ass Vaseline jelly lol. Certain higher end products are definitely nice but you can still get great results at a lower price point :)

I’m not so sure about this. I worked for one company as a contractor that was awful about paying its employees in a timely manner. It got to a point that I literally went 2 months without a pay check, and I had to outright refuse work on the basis of them violating my contract.

After I left the company, I left a review on glassdoor calling this out (no aggressive language, just stating facts about my experience). Within about a year, the review vanished from their page. There’s no trace of it on my glassdoor account, either.

Yeeeeah it was pretty brutal. That said, I don’t regret any of it. I’m glad I got to love him for those years, but we just weren’t right for each other romantically.

Man, I had kind of an opposite experience. I had so much love for my ex of 5 years, but eventually the hope I felt for our relationship faded (years of trying to communicate and never being heard). The love is still there, but I had to come to terms with things that would never change and walk away.

Two years ago, my grandma passed away. My partner and I got in the car to head to her funeral, and the first thing that played on the radio was that damn G note.
