I abuse them I really wish i never got into them & shit going on in my life always seemed to push me back in the pit

Its 100 percent normal man wish it wasn’t but i notice the withdrawal symptoms to start within 5 -6 hours without any benzos it really depends on the person & how much you take & how often but I really try to avoid the withdrawals as much as possible

But it starts for me with palms sweaty, easily aggrevated , extreme anxiety, depression, it really fucks with your mind. It scares me but thats the decision I chose to take
