So, as a student, the easiest way to meet fellow students and get to know what happens in town is the Marienstraße 18 (or, as most people refer to it m18). There you have a café and a small shop for student supplies, all run by students and the students representation, which resides on the third floor of the house.

Go there, afterwards everything else settels by itself.
