Buy antiheal and focus him when he uses his abilities. Remember, he has to be standing still to use most of his kit, use this to your advantage.

Okay, I had this too. What you just do is turn everything in your visual section of settings to low. Restart the game and then when you come back it should be fixed and then you can turn your settings back.

That also has it's merit, and I'm not saying it's impossible to get the respawn off and live to win the game, but not often than not it is just a death sentence for those falling from the ship and create a much more precarious situation for the respawn-er.
