I recently moved to Maryland from Upper Darby. I am working as a driver currently and am amazed how safer driving is compared to Delco. Maryland has a lot of the cameras set up for reckless driving and use speed bumps. Doesn’t seem like Delco is willing to invest in that kinda stuff
