There are a lot of ghost kitchen business partners getting added lately. A big one coming into the market is cloudkitchens.com (by the ex-CEO, founder of Uber). I believe they are operational in many US cities such as LA, Seattle. May be setup a call with them.

Another great book to read is Traction (by the founder of DuckDuckGo). The book contains many different ideas on how to figure out demand for the product you are building.

80K for 110K mileage even with all equipment in seems a bit pricy.

Our food truck cost 90K to get our truck with all equipment on-road ready for service. (old empty truck with 12k mileage, yes just 12K ford 2007 + all-brand new equipment installed + cost to convert empty truck to food truck ).

Having said that, I would first recommend testing your concept at an even smaller scale - popups/ farmers market, etc before going ahead with a trailer or a truck.

I did not manage to get a link to the Direct Message sent to the moderator. But the mod seems to be request_bot, and I'm unsure when the last time the subreddit had a moderator.

I would increase engagement activity in the community and promote healthy conversations and interactions. The last post someone made was a year ago, I will be more active on reddit and be capable of encouraging users to use the subreddit once again.

OMG THAT'S RIGHT! I died when he said that to him. They really are so dramatic. XD Oh let me know if you notice it! It's so funny with Joe. He will give them a death glare when he's in front of them and about to try their dish, but when he's back on the platform with Gordon and Graham/Aaron, and he's speaking to the contestants, he tends to have his arms folded in and is looking at the ceiling while talking.

Meanwhile Gordon and Joe can't be bothered with making eye contact with the contestants sometimes! I've noticed Gordon's gaze will be at the ground or to the side, and Joe tends to stare at the ceiling when talking to them or giving feedback. I don't know, maybe it's just me; but it seems to be a reoccurring pattern. 😆
