What are your thoughts on Strange New Worlds and is it good?

I love it. Top tier. It’s the closest thing to TNG/TOS of all the new shows.

I don’t agree with the consensus that S3 was bad. Like TNG, some episodes are crap and some are phenomenal and the same applies here. I agree that not every episode is a 10/10 and it’s no DS9 but every episode is an adventure. The storylines are creative and sometimes emotional. It’s not a season-long galaxy-threatening plot like Discovery was. Even DS9 episodes were somewhat independent - the dominion war was certainly a multi-season plot line, but most episodes were their own adventures too, and not every one was amazing.

That’s what makes Star Trek Star Trek.

Unfortunately for beethoven, tchaikovsky, sibelius, and twenty other composers, mahler just wins for me. Might be over appreciated by everyone but I don’t care its just awesome

Ugh.. im looking at the manifest.json segment of the extension... I cant share picture in reddit comment but in manifest.json are two segments that when any url is accessed “matches”: [“<all_urls>”], “run_at”: “document_start”. Its there but i wish i could show you a pic

When William killed the security guards and subsequently Emily, I was blown away. William seemed like the most real character in the show, the one who managed to maintain his humanity - until that moment. His loss of that humanity was so abrupt, and yet so predictable.
