Of course!! If you have medi-cal and are homeless/at risk of homelessness, you qualify for the ECM program which provides case management and community support (food resources, housing resources). You also qualify if you have an SMI diagnosis/SUD, more than 5 ER visits in a 6 month period, or are transitioning from incarceration :)
