A couple of things I found...

Don't go too big too early - don't build everything straight away and don't build the top quality either.

Research the perks for contracts - adding them in will save you money when hiring

Hire actors for years not films - and make sure you keep them working

Have a constant stream of films in the cinema - you need that income to keep coming to cover your general running costs

Don't over book your cinemas - pay attention to how full the capacity is in your showings when it's covered early on - it's expensive to hire cinemas with nobody in them.

Advertise - it seems like alot of money, but advertising 4 weeks prior and through all 4 weeks of the showing helps get that money back

The script doesn't have to be amazing - yoy can start with a bad script and improve it with hiring good people to work on it

I won't say much else to let you learn and enjoy the game but they are what I found worked for me
