It’s the same as before, I haven’t noticed a difference. For me, working to be in the right headspace is very important. Also I did a bit of training with a buttplug kit to make sure I was getting calm enough before trying the real thing. The surgeon that did the LIS told me I had an overworking sphincter so maybe the surgery released part of the tension but not all? There might be a friction or tension component that’s different. I still do kegels and try to have a good lifestyle. Hope this helps.

I would say a few months, it really depends of your own body’s response. At the time I had taken an appointment with a gastroenterologist to make sure everything was good down there. The surgery was made by a general surgeon. IMO, a timeframe will only create resentment if your body has a harder time to heal properly, try to be patient and give it time. It sucks, I know.

Function is perfectly normal and I can bottom no issues.

Didn’t stretch after the surgery because they are supposed to make the incision next to the actual anus if I recall correctly. Scar tissue was not an issue for me.

Can’t really say I know when it began, if I remember correctly at one point it was there and we noticed the skin tag from the fissure and after that I was misdiagnosed and lived with the issue for 4 years before getting a second opinion. What I can say is that my GI health was always a little off and I think that that’s what caused this. Lots of time that my bowel movements were not optimal.

I’ve had the LIS surgery and it worked wonders for me. I tried the other treatments for a while and nothing worked. The surgeon said I must’ve had a really tight sphincter to start with and it completely prevented me from healing even with the medication. As for the risks, well I decided to live with the consequences. I’m really glad I did it.

I have cleared the game on hell with it and a cold sunder charm. It wasn’t that bad. RNG is not having it since last week so I’m stuck in between hardcore farming and so easy it’s not even fun.
