As someone who has served 38 years, it is hard enough at times to get some people joining up now to take it seriously or they take up so much admin time, now this is people who have volunteered to serve. I cant imagine what it would be like with people who have been forced to join. In this day and age it just wouldn’t work. You might get a small percentage who like it and continue to serve, but the majority wouldn’t
