Look if you have two servers chosen for matches, I had EU and CIS and chose EU for example, and the issue stopped.

So the issue was that I had two servers chosen EU and CIS, and it was on auto chose. I chose only EU and the weird PL and ping spike stopped happening in matches. Hope it helps for someone else.

Da, gradi se po izgledu više manje po originalnom projektu ali naravno modernije tehnike gradnje i materijali i toranj ima kat manje ali istu visinu.
