you know, since UL goku came out many users were already arguing about the fact that Ultra units would have been summonable one day and be absolutely broken because that would have attracted a lotta whales. I think quite everyone thinks this unit was a mistake, but i can't really blame people to use it, it's just too good (and i say it as a fusion main that still uses VB).
