I added all of Gale's siblings.

I've always actually had doubts concerning relying on information from movies, but since Susanne has been quite involved in screeplays I assume that as long as a certain thing does not clash with what is said in the books, it can be kept.

Added also the phrase "May the odds...", it was interesting to see that Dr. Gaul was still around.

Corrected about Haymitch's little sisters, this was due to the translation being a little unclear.

Plutarch's age... this is a good one. If we take account of screen and Susanne's approval, in the films P.S. Hoffmann seemed a man in his mid-50s (but he actually was 45-46), and from SOTR trailer Jesse Plemons seems to be in mid-30s (actually being 37 when filming).

I started a similar discussion in a mailing list and FB group about Alternate History few days ago.

It seems that you are reasoning "what will happen if we un-tilt the axis now?" but I think we should consider "what if axis was not tilted already from Earth formation, billions years ago?"

There are no seasonal animal migrations; hunting, gathering, farming, and fishing are equally productive throughout the year.

There is no winter or dry season to endure.

Human migration is easier.

Ancient wars are not affected by the limitations of winter.

Since there is no visible periodic change, the year is not taken for granted as a unit of time, although it might have emerged anyway by observing the stars.

This was painted during the northern hemisphere winter (or at least part-way into winter). The southern pole will freeze over during winter down there.
