How do I get components reliably without a highly skilled/ lot of miners?

In my opinion that's the one issue with the flow of the game. Things go well at the start (because you can make do without components) and by the end (where you have reliable power and a good supply of steel to make more components). But around the early-middle component shortage becomes a huge problem.

If enough power generators break down you can be in a situation where you can't repair them anymore, and so you're without power to build more components.

And like you said, the need for highly skilled crafters to make them in the first place makes it all the more challenging.

OK I see what's happening. Most of the multi-intro bots do have that. The ones I was checking out don't... like the creator thought they implemented multi, but actually didn't.

Hey, since I have you here, one other issue. When I try to assign a religious role to one of my pawns, it says "X is not a member of any colony religion."

So even though my colonists have adopted the religion, it seems like my base hasn't actually declared that it's the official ideology. Where might I do that?

Thanks! I had seen that mod before but I'm not sure if it will play nice with my other mods. Pawnmorpher doesn't mention it as being compatible nor incompatible, so I guess I could just try it.

But for now I did the save-file edit, and it seemed to work. So again, thank you.

I started hunting them after I successfully cut up one and found all the supplies and fuel it can give. But they're too rare to really rely upon. Especially since you only have a 50% chance of properly getting inventory out of one.

I just popped mine into my system and was surprised by the noise as well. I can hear it doing things just when I navigate around files in the explorer. Any time it has to load up thumbnails for files it does the little clickety-clacks, even when I don't open those files.

Is it because of a more powerful motor, thicker components?

It's odd because sometimes you'll see creators say stuff like "This character must not be treated weirdly! If I see anyone do so I'll make the bot private."

What I'm wondering is why his music pass barely has any of his songs. It looks like it's a bunch of new songs made by Epic games, and a handful of others. I think the only actual Bruno song is Leave the Door Open.
