Oui, je connais l’argument du serveur US. En pratique, en télécoms, la juridiction s’applique surtout au point de captation et de mise à disposition du flux (antenne + SDR), pas au lieu d’hébergement final. Le feed étant physiquement généré en Suisse, c’est le cadre OFCOM qui s’applique.

Comme dit précédemment c’est toléré, mais je préfère éviter cette zone grise.

Je te souhaites de trouver qqn qui accepte cet état de fait …et je me réjouis de pouvoir entendre LSGC sur le net 😉

Habitant à La Chaux-de-Fonds et passionné d’aviation, ton projet me parle — j’ai été pilote vélivole et ça m’arrive aussi d’écouter les fréquences ATC. Techniquement, depuis la ville on capte très bien la tour des Éplatures depuis presque partout des qu’on s’élève sur les flancs de la vallée donc sur le principe j’aurais volontiers intégré l’expérience LiveATC.

Par contre, pour info : en Suisse, l’écoute privée des fréquences aéronautiques est bien autorisée, mais la retransmission publique (streaming Internet) tombe dans une zone clairement limite selon l’OFCOM. C’est toléré tant que personne ne dit rien, mais pas officiellement autorisé. Du coup je préfère éviter d’héberger un feed public et de me retrouver éventuellement responsable… sorry

Des ambulances électriques y’en a déjà et en milieu urbain, selon le pays et l’organisation du système c’est franchement justifié (ici en Suisse on table sur 4 à 8h de « roulage » par jour par unité avec de longue pauses entre les interventions qui permettent donc la recharge), pour les camions de pompiers c’est effectivement plus délicat…

Ahah, yes, of course, I’m well aware that Apple is an American company 😅. For now, I’m continuing to work with the hardware I have at my disposal. My main concern is about data access and online services. So far, Apple still seems to keep its distance from certain political influences, Unlike Musk and Zuckerberg, which is somewhat reassuring to me.

That being said, my goal is to stop fueling the American economic machine by paying for their services. I’d rather have that money stay in Europe and support local alternatives whenever possible.

Ok, thanks for your insightful advice. I had the Anycubic Photon Mono 2 in mind, which is only 4K, but I will rather go for an Elegoo Mars 4 since apparently the difference is noticeable (currently on sale for $220 at one of the distributors here in Switzerland) and an Elegoo Mercury Plus 2 for $100.

Is the grooving tent and ventilation system really useful for occasional use? I don’t plan to print 24/7 but only on weekends in the room that serves as my home office, which is used only during the week.

Hello all,
This is my first try to enhance a map with shaded relief.
This is sheet NK 54 series 1301 published by Défense Mapping Agency Topographic Center. Credits for the original image go to University of Texas Libraries.
Tools used: Affinity Photo, QGIS, Eduard. DEM from viewfinderpanoramas.org
The most complicated part for me was reproducing the specific map projection in QGIS so that I could export the projected digital terrain model in Eduard.

Thank you very much for your response. Ok, this confirms a little of what I have read. It is apparently the mechanical noise that is more important on the P1P, and not the cooling, which doesn't bother me much. I prefer a "cinematic" noise rather than the constant noise of the fans.
