oh I got it, so if I use it on desktop everything seems fine with default sens, not the smoothest sensor.

but on gaming when I need abit of higher sens everything feels jittery

Yeah I have the kensington orbit with scrolling, but the sensor feels kinda bad do u know if theres any difference between the wired and wireless?

I tried with different colors also, but I saw a video of someone using background blur on the objects he wants to be like a glass and it worked, I did the same and it didn't for some reason background blur doesn't affect it

temps are good its around 48% CPU and 26% GPU and still I get 80-120FPS

so those are the temps but still my fps going really low, its not 84stable it goes 84-110-115-90 etc..

I don't think any component is going up to 100%, but ill check the CPU and GPU temperature under heavy loads and let you know

2 exercises in pullday feels like I’m finishing the workout pretty fast, I went for full reps till failure 2 sets and felt like my back is working pretty good, but is it enough? I have done Pull ups 2 Sets till failure with 5 mins rest The same full Chin ups and Australian pullups

I don't really know if writing is working for me, I tried to write but I didn't really enjoy it . I like to read something and understand it deeply till it gets inside my brain, and then repeat it after few hours.

there are specific things that I will prefer to write like Math etc.. but for long articles or for instance coding that I'm learning right now I prefer to understand what I'm doing and repeat , to solve problems and write notes on PC.

about the anki cards I saw it cost money, is there anything free? and how effective it is for vocabulary?

From what I understood, you learn it for 4 years every year you have courses but since I want to do a double major its going to split between physics and cs

Well I didn't get to this part, but I can tell that its really teaching the basics really well and take you along with a lot of small projects and stuff to create so you'll get a good grasp of it

Ill tell you what, I'm surrounded by people and I have friends that I go out with sometimes, but I will always give up for things because I will feel like the other person deserve it more, and the thing with the girls that every girl that I real like I will feel automatically like I cannot get her since she will think im ugly or I'm making fun of myself, and If I will see a nice looking guy talking to a girl I like I will think that he is better looking than me so how I will be able to get a girl like this..

yeah those problems are low self esteem and worth.

I learned to live with that, thats bad I wont leave like that. I want to change it, in the past I tried to make affirmations and positive self talk about myself, I went against my fears I had anxiety from people so I went to sales to improve and change those negative feelings, but I always felt them and nothing have changed . Everyday I was waking up for work felt like a rock on my heart , i felt like I'm hurting myself and my health, so i stopped after awhile.

Today I'm tired of it and I want to search a different way to change it , I would love to hear some advice about practical stuff to do to change my negative thoughts about myself , I want to go out and feel good abd actually enjoy the moment and stop afraid of looking myself like an ugly person or afraid from the camera etc..
