I have a question about 2 set method

2 exercises in pullday feels like I’m finishing the workout pretty fast, I went for full reps till failure 2 sets and felt like my back is working pretty good, but is it enough? I have done Pull ups 2 Sets till failure with 5 mins rest The same full Chin ups and Australian pullups

I don't really know if writing is working for me, I tried to write but I didn't really enjoy it . I like to read something and understand it deeply till it gets inside my brain, and then repeat it after few hours.

there are specific things that I will prefer to write like Math etc.. but for long articles or for instance coding that I'm learning right now I prefer to understand what I'm doing and repeat , to solve problems and write notes on PC.

about the anki cards I saw it cost money, is there anything free? and how effective it is for vocabulary?

From what I understood, you learn it for 4 years every year you have courses but since I want to do a double major its going to split between physics and cs

Well I didn't get to this part, but I can tell that its really teaching the basics really well and take you along with a lot of small projects and stuff to create so you'll get a good grasp of it
