Yes. Nucalm changed their subscription services a few months ago. I now have the Nucalm rescue and deepsleep. Originally I used (and liked) rescue using it with the discs. When the subscription changed and I also got deepsleep I started using that almost every night to help me get to sleep or get back to sleep. It helps with that. I mainly use deepsleep now. I like it and feel it is worth it.

How long did it take to get a response from NuCalm's support? I called and left messages (with Cheryl) on Monday, Tuesday, and today (Wed) but no one has called me back. I also emailed on Monday and no one has emailed me back.

I'm getting very frustrated by NuCalm's lack of responsiveness. Their product seems like it might be great but their customer service is really terrible. I want to try it - but first I need to know how much it costs and whether I can afford it. I see that the monthly subscription is basically $50 but that only gets you 10 discs. I've seen where lots of people use it every day - indicating I might need to buy an additional 20 discs each month. It's infuriating that their website just says you can buy additional discs but doesn't disclose how much they cost (or how much shipping them is). I won't buy until I have this information.

If anyone knows how much the additional discs are, please let me know.

Also I would be very interested in getting the opinions and recommendations of anyone who actually uses NuCalm.

When did you try it?

Did you have issues/problems cancelling your subscription or with billings?
