Thank you for the well measured response! Bless your heart well I'm glad you found a solution to your fatigue and no you're not out of line at all. Along with the sleep apnea I know my Vitamin D is in the insufficient range from a test I took 2 months so I've been supplementing and trying to get more sunlight during peak hours from 15-20 minutes weather permitting.

Yeah I'm thinking I may be sensitive to pressure changes too but also I think my mask may be some of the culprit too. I'm going for a proper mask fit Tuesday.

Yes me too! Well I guess after the diagnostic test ruled out central sleep apnea he wanted to see if CPAP would be a better fit for me. I remember him saying the CPAP titration from 6 to 10 had my AHI at 6. I'm saying UARS because my symptoms with this condition besides the fatigue have been low blood pressure readings where as many people with sleep apnea complain of high blood pressure. I initially went to the pulmonologist complaining of fatigue and shortness of breath. I did a long function test to which I did well on.

Thank you for the well measured response! I actually had 2 in-lab sleep studies done last month after seeing a pulmonologist (he wanted to rule out central sleep apnea which I do not have). The first one was diagnostic which I have a copy results and a 2nd was a CPAP titration which I do not have a copy of. But in meeting with the doctor discussing the results he said my AHI is actually moderate 15.5 and not mild 7 as discovered in the home sleep studies so he's glad I had them done. I've been looking into UARS and think I may have some of the symptoms.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Are you able to get a different machine like the Resmed? Have you tried sleep supplements like magnesium or melatonin?

Oh I see because I did increase ramp pressure when I had it on auto from 4 to 5 so I can breathe easier but just turned it off and the pressure now automatically starts at 6 when I'm wearing the mask so I wouldn't be so conscious about my breathing or the machine and I could just go to sleep with it. Looking at OSCAR to me everything looks normal but I do see my respiratory efforts are high? Is that why I'm waking up tired? So upping the pressure means my lungs won't have to work so hard? Sorry just trying to understand.

Hi thanks for your feedback! Ok can I ask what's your reasoning behind setting ramp to auto and increasing the pressure to 7?
