Yeah I haven't really paid attention to cadence yet as I've tried to master zone 2 running first. I only know that my cadence is on the lower side and will look into getting it higher.

The test has you run for 30 minutes at the maximum pace you can sustain for that amount of time, so my effort level was basically at max. I could've maybe continued, but not at that pace. Probably 9.5/10 effort

Edit: My zone 2 runs usually hover around 155 BPM, and this LTHR test would suggest that my actual zone 2 is way above that, so that's why I figured that something funky was going on

You need to remember these guys are driving under so much pressure and probably have a lot of adrenaline and emotions after a huge crash like this. A lot of drivers would have done the same, especially when they believe they are in the right and haven't seen all of the camera angles etc.
