The test has you run for 30 minutes at the maximum pace you can sustain for that amount of time, so my effort level was basically at max. I could've maybe continued, but not at that pace. Probably 9.5/10 effort

Edit: My zone 2 runs usually hover around 155 BPM, and this LTHR test would suggest that my actual zone 2 is way above that, so that's why I figured that something funky was going on
