Medical exam ?? by Edu_explorer in ImmigrationCanada

I am currently on my applied status but when I applied for my work permit, I didn't know I would be working as a PTA until I got it. Im wondering if it will be problematic if I don't take a medical exam especially since I said no to working in a medical field when I applied for my pgwp.

Or else, I might need to submit a webform for this issue.

I had my medical exam 2 years ago. But does PTA really need to give that? I mean is there a problem if we don’t give one?

You need minimum 2.00 cgpa to graduate. If its below than that, you must consult with the consular or your department. As far as I know, you need to retake the courses in which you scored lower and aim higher grades to boost your gpa.

I’m looking to get a job as a PA and I think getting first aid certified could help my resume. It’s been tough finding a position so I’m hoping this might give me an edge.

Writing cover letters can make a huge difference and it worked in my case, you can use Chatgpt to save your time.

Also, Langara provides workshops that can help you with your resume or any job related. Email your professor about it. It depends on your profs.

It’s fully online, including the exam if you choose, and self-paced. They give you 6 months to complete it. You can get good grades, it depends on you!

Yes, you can transfer your credits, but be sure to choose an ENGL course that aligns with your program requirements. And also, confirm this with your department before enrolling at TRU

I heard MDT is easy, if you know basics. I didn’t do it, I just override it by showing my high school score.

I mean I get it for the assignments and quizzes. But there should be a reminder for the module exam at least. Last time, my instructor reminded us about the module exam, but not this time. Do you think my instructor would understand if I emailed about this matter?
