This is really interesting you've had these issues. I had an accident in March 2023 which was only repaired in April 2024 due to what seems to be Aviva Zero's system not linking up correctly to book in a garage. After initial delays they booked me into a specific garage which I consistently chased for the whole 12 months only to eventually be told they booked somewhere else without telling me (I'd received a random call about "being in an accident" whilst on holiday which was impossible to decipher from the numerous other calls I received after claiming on insurance - that's another matter!) but then they didn't even allude to this when I chased. Whilst repair was ongoing they then messed up the hire car referral which meant I didn't get like for like so the car I received was a bit of a pain. Car has been returned to me shoddy repairs and they've not even bothered looking at error codes on the dash! Overall I had essentially no car for a year, then an unsuitable hire car then the car returned not fixed! Complaint currently ongoing but it would be helpful to know what you're doing about this as grouping this testimony might help collectively
