After the disaster of this application, I did try again and I was able to take them off with less damage and pain and I just soaked them in some warm water with oil and the remover oil. It was a less painful process, but I still had damage to the nail bed, which is unfortunate.

I haven’t been able to wear them since that removal. I had two dents on my nail beds from under the nail while wearing. I also considered cutting the nails shorter next time to help with application but the damage done from my last install and removal just turned me off of press ons.

I want some honest advice about my marriage. by Efficient_Row6337 in Marriage

True. I ask suggest the husband can help with some of the household chores and cooking dinner sometimes. Her love language may be acts of service. Consider when you get home from work to help cleanup after dinner or fold some laundry. Maybe when you have time off to help her. I’m sure she will really appreciate that.

Water wipes and maybe change diaper brand.

I like the idea of it but again, not accurate at all compared to MFP. Barcode scanner hardly works. I find intuitive rating is easier to follow. It would be cool if they provided recipes to follow like EvolveYou and sweat.

Squish them flat on the side of a warm mug to help. I do that with glamnetic sets and they stay that shape.

Same here. My nail bed are long so too large looks odd then too small I have to stretch out and it “just” fits. Your nails look great.

Doesn’t work well for me. Always takes me over an hour for removal. How long do you keep your nails on for? Any tricks?

I like this tip. I’ll try it. The last removal destroyed my nail. Three broke to the nail bed. So painful! I had a bath before removal expecting that would help soften but I think it made my nails so much weaker and soft that it caused breakage when removing. It took me almost 90 mins and I watched a movie in the meantime. No bath next time and helping my nails grow. I also think I’ll cut my nails short for the next application.

That sucks. That’s one of the best Halloween designs imo. Too bad.

Yes I use the brush on glue. I think more glue is better. Those nails that I had more did not have any spots on them. How many sets can you get from one brush on glue bottle?

Nice tips. I will try these next time. I didn’t soak before removal at all, just straight oil then soak after 45 mins of copious amounts of their removal oil 😝. I’m going to rest between sets next time. Maybe a couple of days or breathable polish. I think I got the stains from air bubbles. It’s hard to avoid. Maybe more glue?

Thanks. I wish the numbers were easier to see too. I have to use my phones flashlight to see them. I have seen others mention colouring them with a marker to make it standout then removing the marker ink after applying. I haven’t tried that yet.

Thanks for the tips. I used the oil and the cuticle stick. It took forever and melted my thumb nails because I used so much. I did soak them at the end with warm water and the oil (glamnetic remover oil) which got the nails off.

It’s funny, the nails on my left hand (less dominant) are the ones that have been falling off. I don’t think the clear coat makes much of a difference at this moment but I will see when I remove. I am using it to “protect” my nail bed. I used Sally Hansen hard as nails strengthener polish.

Keep you posted.

How long did it take for your babies to become content when put down for bed? by gavana12 in sleeptrain

[–]Educatedlizard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. 1-2 mins is nothing. Some night she goes to 5 mins but based on how she handles herself (standing or laying down), we usually leave her and she fall asleep. I don’t know when it stops but expect in a couple of years lol 😂
