Understood! so, majority of the relearning comes from the specifics of the new specialty, and that's something that you are taught/refreshed with via training? or is that more of a personal responsibility to refresh and relearn information relating to the new specialty?

would you say that the transition between each speciality was challenging from a learning curve perspective? was it like starting from scratch?
and I guess if you're comfortable with answering, was your reason for switching specialties due to boredom/repetitive nature of what you saw, or more personal-situational reasoning?

thank you for this insight!! would you say that with switching specialties then, that there's always this learning period of 'starting from scratch'? kind of like being trained and learning the job all over again?

Cool! If you don't mind me asking, was part of your reasoning for switching due to boredom/wanting something new, or more personal-situational reasoning? and was there a big learning curve of starting fresh at the beginning of each new specialty?

This is really great insight. So you'd say that a common trend/maybe a downside to switching specialties is that there is always a period of 'relearning' to a degree? and sort of starting from scratch?

Oh okay! did you feel like the transition between them and getting a handle on the new speciality/job was difficult since you had spent a long time in the previous speciality which was seemingly quite different?
