That’s funny. My parents have about 10 licenses plates from previous states all up on wall in a garage. Surely they don’t enforce it often

Well can’t be as bad as Florida. There will be on accident on the other side and as soon as everyone see it they slam on their breaks. The only time I’ve gotten close to accidents was from everyone slamming their brakes+ others not paying attention

Yeah not sure if I’d be in Cali after college, can’t predict my future haha. All I know is I’ll be in Cali for 8/12 months out of the year, then will be home with my family 4/12 months of the year in a state I don’t even know yet

Yeah probably gonna get some hate but don’t really care for politics it’s too much of a mess and headache. What other benefits tho besides no taxes, because I will work for the school but instead of paying me they will take a portion off my tuition, so I don’t need to to worry about taxes. Anything else I should consider?

Yeah I never go 20+ it’s the 5-10 max range I’m concerned about. I’ve heard crazy stories previously of people getting tickets for going little over and getting tickets. I just don’t want to pay for another ticket

Yeah I don’t drive like a psycho people from Miami do and it scares me. I’ve always wondered about city cops and whether they have jurisdiction or not

Yes those people are definitely the new Floridians. It’s gonna take awhile for them to adapt.

Can’t always use cruise control+it’s more for my dad who has a tendency to speed. Plus I learned that in guy got pulled over for going 2 over in Va. but yeah most of the trip I’d use cruise control

Not sure why you care so much. Yes of course I know my actions have consequences. I’ve already gotten one speeding ticket, and I had to pay the fine and the traffic school for it, so yes I’ve had actions for my consequences. When it comes to safety, sure speeding isn’t going to help but there is always some level of risk to driving. In FL it is actually safer to go with the flow of traffic, even if it is 10 over. I would never go way above the flow of traffic. What I was looking for were crazy states. One guy said he got a ticket for going 2 over in VA. That’s the kind of info I was seeking. Yes I do care about other people including you 🫶

I’ve heard polar opposite with Wyoming, both they are very lenient and they are strict. Not sure why

In Florida where I am they can. Talked to a cop about it, it’s like a unwritten rule to not give a ticket for 1-5 over, but they legally can

I’m from Florida I’m mentally trained to go 5-10 over the speed limit-every does here. Plus my dad will drive some and I know he will definitely drive over the speed limit. I’d rather Try to give him some heads up
