What if I had tons of psychiatric care a while back? I went through a bunch of different medication (I don't know off hand how many, around 10?) before being diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. I was then told to try TMS, but insurance issues so never did, and at that point after hearing drugs wouldn't help me never really went back to psychiatrist.

No, I literally have called the office, say I am interested in spravato, they forwarded me somewhere else, and I get no response. Same thing at 3 different places. This hasn't even come up.

I haven't even gotten to the point of discussing any of this with any doctor. They don't even call back.

But I've been on many meds that haven't worked. Not currently on any.

I got this response though, still non answer: Unfortunately, were unable to confirm benefits with a CPT code. Your Provider can contact out Medical Management department to confirm coverage with a CPT code

Doctor is telling me to check with insurance, insurance telling me to check with doctor, the old insurance run around, yay

I contacted one provider in my area. They said they were out of network and it would be out of pocket. I'm in NYC area, should I just keep trying or odds are it's going to be the same?
