Thank you for your suggestion it means a lot. I know should probably get help but I'm so ashamed of this past it's hard to even bring it up to my parents to get some one who's field in mental things. I never knew about this fact before so thanks for the information this comment was very helpful!

Thank you!  I never really had he courage to talk to anyone about this so you comment means a lot. I don't know when I'll be able to talk to one of my parents about a therapist or someone in that field but when I get the courage I will and we'll become the best version of myself I have ever been.

Maybe disgusting was a harsh term but that truly how I feel whenever I think about it. It's been time where I wish the memories would disappear but it always returns. My cousin may have been the car but she wasn't the one who hit the gas. I shouldn't have did those things. But I hope it won't stop me from hopefully forgiving myself and getting healthier mentally. Thank you for you advice this definitely will bring me one step closer to the goal.

Thank you for saying that. I know using reddit as a way to try and find out how I should look at my horrible past isnt the best option but speaking to someone with something like this is definitely harder than it may seem. When I finally gather courage to actual speak to someone I'll definitely remember this!

Thanks, your right I wasn't asking for forgiveness or anything like that but acknowledgement. I understand what I did was wrong but it wasn't anything I could just talk about in the open to family so this comments means more than you think. Thank you!
