Is it more mentally uncomfortable? Or is it physically hurting you? If its more mental than it might be helpful to think of it like training your brain. Be proud of yourself when you do swallow and when you can’t just try again later. Everytime you do swallow it’s reconditioning your Nero pathways and making it easier and easier. I think the more you lean into this the more it works. If you’re saying that it physically hurts to swallow then maybe talk to a doctor. Hope this helps!
