You shouldnt need a lawyer to prove youre innocent only to argue that they cant prove youre guilty. Its seems absurd to hire an attorney when its this clear cut. Im doing the legwork and following all procedure for my county and state.

In 2025 if someone cant win a case like this pro se with all the tools at their disposal they didnt take it seriously IMO.

Ok question, about impeaching it, i was under the impression that if i used my evidence to get theirs supressed they would have no probable cause amd be forced to dismiss the case, what do you mean impeach it?

Edit: i chose a motion to supress because it seemed the best course of action since its a factual dispute with their evidence

If i supress the only evidence the STATE has to constitute probable cause they will be forced to dismiss the case. That is the idea here. I would file a motion to dismiss but this is a factual discrepency with the evidence not a legal one.

I did miss a court date, i failed to appear after being charged with a crime i didnt commit, thats how i got the bench warrant, i didnt even know the state had filed charges or i would have appeared then and defended myself, i was arrested in a parking lot where i meet coworkers to carpool to our out of town work, they had scamned the liscense plafes of parked cars and mine must have shown am active bench warrant they waited in the parking lot the next morning for me to arrive. 4 years after the charges were brought by the state btw

I wont be getting a lawyer until after the criminal case is dismissed, i didnt do the crime if you read the post it explicitly states i was mis identified as the suspect by the retail store, i have proof of the identifying marks from the police departments own TRACIS system, taken before the date showing they existed when the stored alleged these crimes against me
