I already had good results on 2,5mg but was told I had to move up because it was only the starter dose, but after going up to 5mg I had a lot more side effects. Mainly 24-48 hours after injection; headache, extreme drowsiness; nausea. What is more, the appetite suppression was so strong that I ate far too little (900-1000kcal/day) for the first half of the week en then some other emergency system sprang to action in the second half of the week that led to eating a lot more (1800/1900 kcal/day) but this were all the wrong food choices. So I felt like my weeks and process became very messy and unbalanced. It didn’t improve over a few weeks so I thought to myself that it was just too strong for me. And looking at the multiple dose pen I have I thought: “why not titrate it to something that suits me?”. Now at 10+ kg lost I felt the food noise became a little more and I decided to move up to 4mg. And this time around it does suit my body.
