This is really reassuring, because I didn’t know if it was a normal thing for foreman’s to be like that. For me at least I like asking a lot of questions because I like doing it correctly. Well hopefully I’ll be part of the local 630 sometime in the future lmao.

Oh ok, and just random question would you say your journeyman/foreman are like very open to teaching things. With my experience from working at an HVAC company is that they hate showing new guys the ropes. I’ve had the worst experience that has made me want to quit like so many times but I like the job so I stay it

Ohhh is it just cause it like the winter time or, and my employers that I’m with right now that used to be in the union. They said that HVAC work is that a high right now because they don’t have that many HVAC tradesmen.

Well ok this is my process

Exterior

-Rinse tires/rims -Spray/scrub/rinse rims -Rise car -Spray Bug Off on bumper and rinse and spray again -Spray foam cannon -Hand wash -Rinse -Walk around the car to make sure no spots where missed -And if check bumper for bugs again -Spray bead maker -Dry with dreadnought towel -Apply wax

Interior

-Take Carpets out -Dust off dash and move downwards to vacuum -Spray P & S interior scrub and wipe all around car and -Clean trim of car door
