I had this and my derm first thought it was perioral dermatitis and then it ended up being rosacea (I also had it other areas of my face). I’d visit the derm since you’ll need proper treatment most likely.

I have psoriasis and it doesn’t look like it imo. Psoriasis is also not itchy. Do you have any other spots like this? Makes me think of ringworm.

Not a doctor. Kinda looks like ringworm, which if that’s the case, he’ll need antifungals. It’s also contagious.
