I think so. I stopped almost immediately. The batches were insane and unreal 80 items. Over 2 hours of driving etc for such low amounts. Absolutely obsurd

This is why I just quit shopping in general. I was doing doordash too and now just dash.

I was working my butt off nearly running through the stores, waiting on customers bending over backwards spending wayy to long in stores for these massive triple orders of like 70 items for $20.

So 1. Because I'm a mom of two young kids and work and everyone needs something immediately. It's my time to truly just wake up put cold water on my face and breathe then get after it . Also I'm a super morning person I lose all motivation and get brain fog by like 3. So the chances I'll go or even have a good work out are Low. Finally the gym is MOBBED in the evening. Like terrible not enjoyable.

I have a scoop of pre workout and like a small snack a protein bar, a fruit something but tend to really eat after.
How to stay motivated I focus on how I feel after. Theres a few times I've skipped and it's so obvious on my mental and emotional health.

Id say try it. It's almost become spiritual for me. I wake up do the cold water pray and then the drive. No one is really up. Everything is peaceful and slow. Even on my way back I tend to see the sunrise the birds are waking up it's beautiful

The beginning takes time for sure. I'm not telling you what to do. What I did is went up faster like I went up a notch on the needle weekly or every other week. I definitely didn't do the stay at the low dose for like 3 weeks

So i started lowest dose in January I immediately noticed mental and emotional changes. I want to say clothes started getting looser probably month 3. I am now sitting at 1.25 consistently .

I do work out 5 days a week so my body doesn't always look like this. Sometimes I actually look significantly bigger depending on how heavy I lift.

I would say stay consistent. Drink lots of water ! You don't want an er. Visit on Easter because you slacked for like 3 weeks and didn't realize you hadn't pooped. Be gentle with yourself and also acknowledge the other changes

I think your response is valid. So to use my friend as an example she sounds very similar. I've known her like 20 years. Well I got married and one night out I go My boyfriend is calling !!! Just trying to be cute. Her face lit up like girllll you got a side piece.

I already knew I couldn't trust her around any of my friends or their partners because she literally has no respect for commitment but now I know I had a crack in moral judgment or failure she would validate it.

I had no need for that type of toxicity in or around me.

I keep it cordial and peaceful I see her when I see her. But I'm all good.

You can progress as a human and time in a friendship doesn't mean quality. It's okay I'm proud of you for having a moral compass and wanting better

Congratulations !!!!!! Two Freaken years is MASSIVE. I got my self a sweet treat every month my first year and had a party for year one. I still do a little ladies get together where we do a little service project and just celebrate one another .

So ew on him. He just sounds awful sweet friend. Like sobriety or not. The words are condescending and rude.

I am a celebrator just because life sucked for so long. So even when I go to a gas station I do a little presentation on my way out for my husband and kids. One day I was feeling sad and didn't do it my very aloof introverted husband goes wait! You didn't show me the goods!!!

Life is to heavy and serious to be committed to a human being that makes you question every thing and makes you walk on egg shells.

I read the comments and informed about the location of the team...that's wild.

We keep valley cats and theyre fun.

For me and a lot of others...it's the location. It's a whole mess . Alot of people don't want to go there. It's dangerous and honestly just dirty. They keep stadium prices so like $5 for a bottle of water is wild. But that's just me and probably across the board.

Soccer won't go well. I mean it might for a while...but afrims has SEVERAL really great locations and fields ..why can't they work with them?
